Lens Aligner
This machine arranges and loads injected upper molds into trays in groups of 10. Trays are automatically supplied, and the upper molds are loaded onto the supplied trays. If a tray is missing or the loaded trays are full, an alarm with a message is generated to notify the operator, and the equipment pauses. Once the supply is complete, the equipment resumes operation. The lower mold simply performs the cutting operation in the cutting device.
